About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at AnyTech365. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through online channels, job platforms, and social networks.
- Post, update, and manage job ads on job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
- Support the interviewing process by scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
- Respond to candidates' inquiries about job openings and the application process.
- Participate in recruitment processes, including onboarding and organizing internal events.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications, as needed.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other recruitment tools.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to understand staffing needs.
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
- Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job boards and internships.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter Specialist or years of experience hiring high-caliber roles.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews and exceptional organization skills.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
- Being a real team player.
- Familiarity with HR databases and ATS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native/C1 English level. French is a plus.
