We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our commercial activity in Spain and Portugal. As the Country Head, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing local team, driving business development initiatives, and working cross-functionally with our global tech team to elevate our product.
Key Responsibilities- Scale-up our commercial activity in the region
- Build and manage a high-performing local team
- Drive business development initiatives, including local market partnerships and paid media
- Work cross-functionally with our global tech team to elevate our product
- Develop and execute strategies and annual work plans for the local team
- Manage local market relationships with key companies from the ecommerce ecosystem
- 6+ years of professional experience in eCommerce in the region
- Great understanding of market conditions and industry trends
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Spanish, knowledge of Portuguese a plus)
- Comfort with customer relationship management
- Team player with a passion for learning
