About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our Green Transition team at ICF. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their sustainability goals and navigate the complexities of energy transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage energy and climate technical assistance contracts, focusing on product life cycle assessments and the circular economy.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and client success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental economics, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in energy and climate consulting, with a focus on sustainability and product life cycle assessments.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting client needs, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters' degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with product life cycle analysis and the circular economy.
  • Line management experience in a professional consulting environment.
  • High proficiency in Excel, VBA, and relevant online tools.
