Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Oracle Siebel team. As a key member of our Customer Success Services (CSS) team, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise to our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical subject matter experts in delivering Siebel and Oracle products to customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and account teams to ensure effective solutions are implemented
  • Participate in regional and global collaboration programs to share best practices and technical knowledge
  • Develop business models to impact customers and Oracle positively
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team, with coaching and mentoring capabilities
  • Ensure team utilization, expertise center usage, and delivery costs are aligned with targets
  • Evangelize the value of Customer Success Services to the customer base and other lines of the Oracle business

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years IT organization background
  • Proven experience in strategic resourcing and delivery environments
  • Managed a team of 10+ and have experience in leveraging onshore and offshore teams
  • Oracle Siebel experience is required, with other Apps, UL, Database, and CX knowledge and experience on premises and on Cloud a plus
  • Strong English language skills
