Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Solutions Trainee to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group, Madrid Office. As a Business Solutions Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our Business Solutions Team in their day-to-day tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in delivering a schedule of system and tools induction training for users.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify new recruits for training.
- Develop training content and materials in conjunction with the ME Development Manager and Business Product Owners.
- Ensure standards are in place and used in all hotels for EMMA.
- Report any issues with systems by raising relevant tickets.
- Liaise with the ME Business Product team on new enhancements for training.
- Support ME Business Product Team with UAT of key projects.
- Monitor Data Entry for all Clusters Hotel teams and train accordingly.
- Assist the ASO support team with their tasks.
- Liaise with BPO for ME on development opportunities.
- Perform duties in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies.
- Participate in cross-workstream projects that impact the system landscape and processes.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- General knowledge or affinity in property Meetings Events.
- Understands, communicates, and supports The Radisson Hotel Group corporate policies and guidelines.
- Embraces challenging assignments and situations.
- Well-organized with the ability to plan and manage own workload.
- Good PC and technical skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Feels comfortable working collaboratively across functions and cultures.
- Potential skills within system/tools to create analysis to support business results.
- Interest in and willing to learn, using IT Systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
- High achievement drive and willing to learn and deliver results.
Eligibility:
- Be eligible to sign a 6 months internship agreement with your school or university.
- Be fluent in English.
- Able to work in Europe (EU citizens are eligible).
