Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Service Engineer to join our CO2 Business Unit team in Spain. This full-time position will report to the Account Manager, CO2. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations through routine maintenance, site visits, and compliance with regulations. They will develop strategies to improve efficiency and profitability, guide staff, assist with recruitment, and collaborate across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results; investigating complaints and suggestions; interviewing process supervisors and operators; completing troubleshooting procedures
  • Develop operational solutions by defining, studying, estimating, and screening alternative solutions; calculating economics; determining impact on total system
  • Anticipate operational problems by studying operating targets, modes of operation, unit limitations; monitoring unit performance
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
  • Provide operational management information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating and engineering data and trends
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a relevant field
  • Five years of professional experience in business operations or IT, especially in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience with EMP, VMware, and standard virtualization software
  • Closed familiarity with software development processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
