Job Title: Global Retail Excellence Manager

As a Global Retail Excellence Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and ensuring flawless in-store execution across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capture market growth opportunities
  • Lead in-store execution of sales fundamentals, core activations, and innovations
  • Collaborate with the Global Category Director to ensure in-store execution plans align with category vision and growth strategy
  • Provide insights and recommendations to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Past experience in sales strategy and planning, trade marketing/category management
  • Strong knowledge of sales fundamentals, distribution, and visibility optimization
  • Excellent analytical skills, with ability to interpret large data sets and present insights in a clear format
  • Effective communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
