- Partner with business leaders to identify action plans for continuous improvement of margins.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Assist the HR and FIN community in ensuring compliance with HC and payroll guidelines, including vendor-funded HC.
- Support vendor teams in obtaining senior leadership approval for new initiatives by preparing financial models and presentations.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or controlling roles in international companies.
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Industry sector experience, preferably in FP&A or business partner roles.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to focus complex numbers into meaningful analysis.
- Ability to deal with highly confidential information and prioritize appropriately.
- Deadline-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to communicate insight coherently and speak up to senior management.
