Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Implementation Consultant to lead our customers through their exciting digital transformation projects. As a key stakeholder in our project team, you will be responsible for defining client-specific solution architectures, analyzing requirements, and implementing solutions with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Consulting and Implementation Projects: Lead consulting and implementation projects for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to drive digital transformation.
- Define Solution Architectures: Define client-specific solution architectures for PLM, focusing on Application Architecture or Technical Architecture as required.
- Analyze Requirements and Implement Solutions: Analyze requirements, design solutions, and successfully implement them with the help of cross-functional teams.
- Ensure Quality and Standards: Ensure quality through appropriate methods and software engineering processes.
- Design Standardized Solution Components: Design standardized solution components as part of the Services portfolio.
- Support Business Development: Identify potential new projects with customers and support the acquisition of new business.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to sales and marketing activities for strategic customers in Europe.
- Educational Background: Educational background in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science (Bachelor's or Master's Degree level).
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in business processes or IT consulting, e.g., as Solution Architect, Business Analyst, Software Developer, or technical Project Manager.
- Skills: Able to work autonomously and focus on goals, customer service-oriented, experience in conducting and managing workshops, experience in designing, configuring, and customizing PLM software.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of IT architecture related to PLM, software development, interface and web technologies, and database systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Specific PLM industry knowledge, e.g., from the automotive industry, aerospace, medical technology, electronics & high-tech, mechanical and plant engineering.
- Languages: Good proficiency (written and spoken) in English. German/French would be a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel.
