Your Profile- People Leadership Experience: You have been a successful people leader (Head+ level) in a startup/scaleup, ideally for the stage Hive is going into now (Series B/C), showcasing strong results, thoughtfulness, drive, and knowledge of best practices.
- Team Leadership Experience: You were responsible for a team and helped them grow, develop, and thrive through your leadership.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Your analytical and strategic thinking skills enable you to identify and execute on people initiatives by making data-driven decisions that align with the company's objectives.
- Problem-Solving Skills & Attention to Detail: You have a proactive and solution-oriented approach, able to anticipate challenges and address them effectively to keep projects on track and always think one step ahead to be on top of the details.
- Language Proficiency & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English are required, and additional fluency in German, French, Italian, Spanish, or other European languages is advantageous due to the multinational scope of the role.
