Job Summary

As a Portfolio Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading large and complex project teams and/or programs, ensuring the overall management, planning, and delivery of assigned projects/programs.

You will be accountable for the successful delivery of services and corresponding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess potential partners and business needs of existing assets
  • Deploy assigned programs to the field and optimize individual and team contributions to achieve overall business objectives
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with C-suite level customers
  • Articulate value delivered to drive and influence customer commitment and future partnership
  • Manage risk effectively and ensure compliance with corporate standards
  • Provide strategic direction to change management and change enablement processes
Requirements
  • Experience in managing multiple large, ongoing, high-risk, high-revenue interrelated projects
  • Track record of successful sales activities involving large, strategic projects
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to become a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to customers
  • Customer-oriented attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding people management skills, including ability to lead a team and mentor individuals in career growth
What You'll Do
  • Participate in key sales pursuits and engage customers in meaningful dialogue about their business
  • Participate in Solution Area channel development and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Project Lead the delivery of the contracted solution on the program level at the agreed-upon terms, cost, schedule, and quality level
  • Be accountable for compliance with corporate standards throughout the delivery process
