As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the high quality of our forklift products.

You will be the main point of contact for after-sales services, handling customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty cases.

Your technical expertise will be essential in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, planning site visits, and providing effective solutions to maintain commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • After-sales customer service and communications
  • Handling of complaints and warranty cases
  • Planning site visits and attending customer sites in order to carry out repairs on forklifts with a view to commercial efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and building strong links with customers
  • Provide after-sale support for forklift products, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with forklifts, provide effective solutions, and give service reports to the manager
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns and provide technical support
  • Give regular training to dealers about our forklift products
Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering.

You should have effective planning and organizational skills, be able to work on your own initiative, and have excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
