Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications using the latest technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, security, and product management, to ensure seamless software delivery.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting knowledge-sharing and skill development within the team.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our software development processes and tools.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Java, Spring Boot, and other relevant technologies, as well as a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
