Key Responsibilities- Lead vendor relationships to deliver reliable product supply at the most efficient cost while meeting or exceeding customer service, compliance, and product requirements.
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain processes for accessories, consumables, disposable, over-the-counter chemical formulations, electromechanical assembly finished good medical device products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Drive business growth through strategic sourcing and supply chain optimization.
- Manage a remote team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, contract manufacturing, supply chain planning, engineering, strategic sourcing, and distribution.
- 6 years of people management experience with proven success in performance management and development.
- Strong project management skills and experience in operations management, negotiation, financial, and analytical skills.
- Proven understanding of cGMPs and experience in medical devices and pharmaceuticals.
