About the Role

This opportunity is part of our efforts to find talented individuals who share our passion for the rail industry. We are looking for a qualified Project Manager - Manufacturing to join our team in Madrid.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing projects with no criticality, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and customer expectations. This will involve working closely with internal and external stakeholders, managing project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP), and ensuring project Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance.

Key responsibilities will include leading and coordinating project activities, managing customer and external stakeholders' relationships, and coordinating EHS/Railway Safety at depot and project levels. Strong communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role.

We value passion and attitude over experience, so we encourage candidates with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar fields, and at least 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager to apply.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Junior Project Manager
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One (desirable)
