About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our High Voltage (HV) projects in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the construction of batch projects, ensuring successful delivery from the RTB stage to COD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with resources assigned to HV projects to achieve highest standards and meet COD targets.
  • Monitor EPC contracts in terms of schedule, cost, and scope.
  • Ensure compliance with EPC contract annexes to meet milestones requirements.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to comply with permitting requirements.
  • Lead weekly and monthly meetings with EPC contractors and Owner's Engineers.
Objectives
  • Execute objectives in line with TotalEnergies Renewables Ibérica's global strategy.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, with approval from the appropriate committee.
  • Follow TotalEnergies HSE policies and ensure all employees, contractors, and subcontractors follow them.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Energy Engineering.
  • Between 4-8 years of experience in project management for construction of Grid connection Facilities (substations over 132 kV).
  • Microsoft Office package skills (Word, Excel, MS Project) are a must.
  • Good knowledge of HV equipment, EPC, and construction companies.
  • English and Spanish language skills, with French as a plus.
