Project Manager

Are you passionate about driving the energy transition and making a tangible impact? Do you thrive on managing international projects and customer relationships? We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our On-site Solutions team at GreenPowerMonitor (GPM), a DNV company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project requirements to ensure alignment with customer needs
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
- Supervise and delegate project tasks across Project Engineers and cross-functional teams
- Oversee purchasing and supplier assignments, ensuring timely procurement of materials and services required for project success
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting customer requirements and quality standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, both internally and externally on a regular basis
- Continuously drive process improvements and best practices in project management

Requirements:
- Minimum a bachelor's degree in engineering
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy industry (photovoltaic, wind, or battery storage domain)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in project management
- Experience with monitoring and control in systems such as SCADA
- Knowledge or experience in industrial communication protocols such as Modbus
