Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our QAD Core team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for participating in the support, development, and rollout of QAD systems and modules related to our international projects, based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for QAD systems and modules
  • Develop and implement new functions and modules
  • Roll out QAD system to additional sites
  • Perform technical maintenance of the IT infrastructure
  • Continuously improve the system and application
  • Enhance technical and functional knowledge of the team
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in QAD ERP environments
  • Solid understanding of QAD Enterprise Edition functionality
  • Business processes knowledge in manufacturing companies
  • Good communication skills, teamwork, and leadership
  • Good English level; any additional language is an asset
  • Experience in an international environment
  • Highly engaged in work; able to work flexible hours as appropriate with no time constraints
  • Able to coordinate time and priorities and handle scheduling conflicts
  • Able to document, investigate, analyze, summarize, and troubleshoot business processes in functional specification and configuration documents
  • Project management oriented
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Ability to travel (country, Europe, and worldwide) when required
Technical Knowledge:
  • Technical knowledge in QAD infrastructure is appreciated
  • Progress 4GL RDBMS and programming language / SQL is important
  • Basic administration of Linux O.S / shell scripting is welcome
  • Knowledge in other IT fields or systems is also interesting (RF environments, interoperability, business intelligence, etc.)
