Key Responsibilities- Assortment & Trading
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Buying and Planning to ensure an optimal assortment for our online channels.
Product Performance AnalysisProvide analysis in accordance with the buying calendar to ensure requirements can be incorporated.
Promotional AssortmentsWork with relevant stakeholders to ensure promotional assortments match our commercial aspirations.
Commercial Performance AnalysisAnalyze promotional performance and suggest improvements that enhance commercial performance including marginal optimization and sell-through.
Onsite Merchandising StrategyDevelop a visual merchandising strategy that takes account of brand campaigns, trade activations, and assortment variations.
Ranking Cocktails and OptimizationAdjust ranking cocktails to optimize pages and perform ongoing analysis to ensure commercial delivery.
Product RecommendationsAlign with optimization teams on the best implementation of product recommendations including 'complete the look' and 'you may also like'.
Regional Visual MerchandisingWork with regional owners (internal and external) to ensure visual merchandising, search, & recommendations reflect local customer needs.
Technology IntegrationIncorporate new technologies including AI and Personalization.
Test-and-Learn MentalityEmbrace a test-and-learn mentality to continually improve customer experience and deliver additional revenue.
