Digital Content Process Specialist, Prime Video Global Operations

This is a unique opportunity to join the Prime Video Global Operations team as a Digital Content Process Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for autonomously performing various tasks related to the publishing or assessment and enhancement of the quality of content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue.
Key Responsibilities- Execute important tasks independently, identifying and addressing day-to-day operational problems and suggesting data-driven solutions.
- Analyse data to highlight gaps, recommend solutions, and influence cross-team decisions.
- Collaborate with senior members of the team to handle complex tasks and drive process improvement initiatives.
The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Requirements- Ability to identify gaps in a process and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Preferred qualifications include experience in post-production or quality management, as well as fluency in one of the following languages: German, Italian, or French.
