Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Global Training and Change Management Specialist to join our R&D team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and management of impactful training programs and change management initiatives for our R&D associates worldwide.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes, systems, and technologies. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree preferred. Additionally, prior experience in Pharmaceutical Research & Development is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic vision and roadmap for the training program in coordination with cross-functional departments such as RD, HR, and QA.
  • Design, create, and implement training programs that align with organizational goals and individual development needs, leveraging external delivery models and diverse instructional techniques.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives and departmental goals.
  • Monitor training completion and maintain accurate records while identifying and addressing performance gaps through targeted interventions.
  • Engage key stakeholders across the organization to build buy-in and support for Development system application changes.
  • Create communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and training programs to support change initiatives, leveraging external delivery partners.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of scientific and technical learning design experience, to include leading learning program design efforts in R&D application / systems.
  • Prior experience in Pharmaceutical Research & Development is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Excellent Organization Change Management skills in Pharmaceutical R&D.

Salary: €100,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
