Job Title: Product Market Manager at Festo

Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of Festo products, including product segmentation, market research, marketing and communication strategies, internal trainings, pricing alignment, budget review and management, sales analytics, KPI establishment and tracking, and harmonization of internal processes.

Market Analysis and Intelligence: Conduct market analysis and gather intelligence to inform product development and business growth strategies, ensuring alignment with Festo's overall business objectives.

Business Development and Growth: Develop and execute business development plans to drive growth and revenue expansion, focusing on strategic partnerships, market expansion, and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Engineering Background (University Degree or Vocational Training)
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant Product Management experience
  • Proficient in English
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office tools
  • Strong analytical skills
