We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Global Training Operations Specialist to join our team in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and provide support for the implementation of educational and training programs for our Commercial Technical Support Team in our Diagnostic Business Unit.
- Manage the training calendar, facilitator resources, logistics, and set-up training resources.
- Develop, support, and maintain the Global CTS Training virtual resources and materials (Sharepoint, Teams, Training assignment through GTP (SAP)).
- Takes care of general administrative tasks of the ETC Training Center and ensures that the Training Center is in optimal conditions for Training.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- A minimum of two years of experience in a related field.
- Experience working with international teams will be valuable.
- Good knowledge of Excel and other relevant software.
- Advanced in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a flexible schedule, benefits package, and contract of employment. We also offer flexibility for remote working and a location in the heart of Sant Cugat del Vallès.
