As a Senior Configuration Manager at Nordex SE, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the product structure and configuration with the global engineering team. You will align and implement requirements from different stakeholders into the latest concept of bill of materials and configuration. Your tasks will include configuring and releasing bill of materials for customer projects, reporting bill of material status to various stakeholders, and streamlining processes to automate them in alignment with key stakeholders. You will also lead cross-functional technical teams to find the best technical solutions.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
- Experience in PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill), Microsoft Office, MS Project, SAP
- Experience in Change Management and leading cross-functional technical rounds
- Experience in PLM and ERP systems is a must
- High level of quality assertiveness and analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English, Spanish and/or German will be a plus
- Experience of at least 5 years
- Availability to travel
