Job Summary: We are seeking a charismatic and goal-oriented Dutch speaking sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a captivating personality, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Actively reach out to potential independent retailers, showcasing our extensive product range.
  • Building Relationships: Identify key decision-makers and quickly establish robust, professional connections.
  • Needs Analysis: Engage in consultative selling by understanding the unique needs of each retailer and tailoring our B2B solutions accordingly.
  • Sales Closure: Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into long-term business partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Client Maintenance: Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to nurture relationships and identify further sales opportunities.

  • Competitive Compensation: Earn 40,600€ OTE (35,000€ base salary + uncapped commission), with opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.

Requirements:
