Job Description:Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Core Platform team within the Platform tribe. As a key member of our Bureau of Technology, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching engineers, cultivating a collaborative team environment, and driving delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of highly skilled developers to enhance developer productivity and ensure consistency across application development.
  • Collaborate with product groups and other tribes to align the team with company objectives and initiatives.
  • Develop and mentor team members through ongoing coaching and mentoring.
  • Create a positive team culture where team members feel supported and motivated.
  • Work in an agile environment, building, launching, monitoring, and supporting owned sections.
Requirements:
  • Experience growing, developing, and guiding teams.
  • Passion for receiving and giving feedback in a safe workplace.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, RestFul API, Python, Django, VueJs, Nuxt, Datadog, Spinnaker, Nginx, UWSGI.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
