Job Title: Global Portfolio Bionutrition Manager

Rovensa, a global leader in sustainable agriculture solutions, is seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Global Portfolio Bionutrition Manager. Our mission is to feed the planet by helping farmers produce healthy and nutritious food for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product strategies in collaboration with regions, countries, and functions to deliver on global and regional portfolio strategies, ensuring sustainable competitiveness and meeting grower needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver product strategies, defining and driving formulation projects, regulatory mitigation plans, stewardship actions, and product cost reduction projects.
  • Develop business cases for RD, production, and third-party licensing investments and commitments, gaining approval through relevant governing bodies.
  • Ensure up-to-date value pricing evaluations are in place for all assigned products in key countries.
  • Develop branding and brand plans for assigned products, refreshing as needed, in conjunction with global branding communication managers.
  • Prepare global product launch kits and events, supporting product launches in key countries.
  • Engage and be a productive member of the Global Strategic Marketing Leadership Team.
  • Understand and coordinate the development of in-country sales/marketing capabilities to effectively position and sell the assigned bionutrition portfolio.
  • Analyse and challenge territory sales performance and forecasts.
  • Be an advocate for the Rovensa Next Biological Portfolio, sharing best marketing practices across regions and countries.
  • Ensure ongoing collaboration agreements for 3rd party products and compliance with all business aspects as set in the agreements.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of product life cycle management, portfolio strategy, and bionutrition product development. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
