About the Role:

Galderma Pharma is seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global Operations Engineering department, you will be responsible for overseeing all projects and programs within the Global Operations Capital Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the company's manufacturing portfolio globally.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive site expansions, greenfield/brownfield investments, and innovative technology development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to drive business growth.
