Main responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
  • Preparation and review of Group Reporting Packages.
  • Manage accounting operations across multiple locations.
  • Supervise the operations and organizational structure of accounting departments.
  • Ensure compliance to ES-GAAP, IFRS, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage consolidation processes.
  • Issue financial statements under Local GAAP and IFRS.
  • Monitor debt levels and ensure compliance with covenants.
  • Manage government reporting and tax filings.
  • Coordinate with external auditors.
  • Coordinate the financial reporting closing processes.
  • Team management (both local and across different locations).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in similar positions (previous Big4 audit experience is essential).
  • High level of English.
  • Experience in team management.
