RingSense AI is our proprietary solution designed to fit business needs, orchestrated for accuracy, and built on open platform principles.

This role plays a key part in maintaining and preparing financial statements for our Bulgarian subsidiary on a monthly and quarterly basis, adhering to IFRS guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, be adaptable to fast-paced environments, and demonstrate a can-do attitude.

This person will serve as the main point of contact for audit, compliance, and financial matters related to entities outside the US.

The successful candidate will also assist with general ledger account maintenance and reconciliation for other subsidiaries and collaborate with the Accounting Department on special projects.

This role reports directly to the Senior Manager, International Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries, during the month-end and quarter-end process for our subsidiaries
  • Oversight of all intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with Intercompany Transfer Pricing agreements and completeness/accuracy of Intercompany accounts
  • Compliance requirements management and vendor relationship coordination
  • Reviewing financial statements and preparing balance sheet/PL variance analysis for management reporting
  • Coordination with third-party service providers for local statutory reporting
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for foreign subsidiaries on financial matters and resolving operational, financial, and strategic issues impacting the Company

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant field experience and CPA certification
  • Experience working in global companies and knowledge of international subsidiary compliance required
  • Knowledge of consolidations, strong ownership sense, and curiosity to learn new skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
  • Excellent written/oral communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and results-oriented mindset
