Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of Adisseo's global supply chain operations. This position is responsible for coordinating the replenishment of sales forecasts, order book management, production planning, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the processing and monitoring of finished goods contracts/orders to warehousing, invoicing, and collection/distribution.
  • Design and organize strategies for managing production planning of finished goods with a constant objective of optimizing the cost/quality/deadline ratio.
  • Drive the different supply chain processes (description, monitoring, and improvement).
  • Ensure the adequate raw material stock level for production of finished goods based on the finished goods replenishment forecast or direct deliveries to customers.
  • Participate in the implementation of transversal corporate and SBU projects (SAP Implementation).

Team Management

  • Recruit and select new team members.
  • Measure team performance through individual regular performance reviews.
  • Coach team members to develop their skills and ensure the effectiveness of the organization.
