Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Cepsa. As a key member of our Commercial and Clean Energy area, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, from production and demand planning to logistics and procurement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations
  • Lead the logistics and procurement team to execute shipping programs and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage relationships to ensure compliance and quality
  • Optimize distribution costs and raw material costs through process improvements and supplier negotiations
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply to meet customer demand
  • Coordinate with trading and production teams to ensure alignment on market demand and production targets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering
  • Relevant experience in supply chain management, preferably in the energy sector
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive cost savings and mitigate risks
