Language Content Specialist, Spanish, Prime Video Global Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Language Content Specialist to join our team at myGwork. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue.
Key Responsibilities- Content Publishing: Apply your expertise in Spanish language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
- Media Asset Management: Create or fix media assets such as subtitles, metadata, or artwork with high quality.
- Escalation Management: Manage escalation on routine/predefined tasks.
Our Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across the Prime Video organization to oversee asset deliveries, system processing, and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. We focus on ensuring that every search, discovery, and playback interaction with Prime Video is device-agnostic, defect-free, and results in a high engagement experience for customers.
Requirements- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish language with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism (level C1).
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English both verbal and written.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
