We are seeking experienced engineers to join our team at Tresca Ingeniería, a leading consulting and engineering company in the energy sector. As a New Fuels Engineer, you will play a key role in developing e-fuel and combustible gas production plant projects, from initial design to commissioning.
Responsibilities- Design and interpret initial schemes, PFDs, and P&IDs for e-fuel and combustible gas production plants.
- Conduct opportunity studies and select alternative solutions for project development.
- Develop basic and conceptual engineering for e-fuel and combustible gas production plants.
- Implement, specify, and size equipment and utilities for e-fuel and combustible gas production plants.
- Collaborate in risk analysis and communicate with manufacturers and technologists during design phases.
- Inform the engineering manager about project planning and progress.
- Communicate needs of different areas in your field of responsibility, integrating into the EPCM team after obtaining the RtB.
- Experience in developing studies, plans, and projects in the field of fuels.
- Knowledge of industrial processes, combustion technologies, and heat exchange, as well as new energies.
- Knowledge of design, sizing, and specification of equipment and installations.
- Accustomed to working with national and international regulations.
- Intermediate/advanced level in using engineering and office basic tools: Autocad, Microsoft Project, Presto, Office, etc.
- B2 level of English or higher.
- Honesty, commitment, flexibility, focus on continuous improvement, and ability to work in highly professional and demanding environments.
- Experience in energy saving and efficiency in combustion or other associated processes.
- Experience in construction, project direction, execution, testing, maintenance, relations with clients, etc.
- Knowledge of a project lifecycle, from investment phase to commissioning.
- Counselling, synthesis, and strategic thinking capacity.
