Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a detailed plan to streamline processes and eliminate waste, with a focus on cost reduction and profitability increase.
- Optimize production capacity and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Enhance quality and safety standards, and improve customer service.
- Drive the development of Sites' Master Plans for continuous improvement and implement efficiency programs aligned with corporate goals.
- Establish performance targets and leading Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and cost reduction, and implement a robust monitoring governance system.
- Master's degree in industrial engineering or a scientific discipline.
- Black Belt certification in Lean Manufacturing or a related field.
- Extensive experience in process optimization, operations leadership, and Lean principles training.
- 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Strong communication, project management, training, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively.
- Fluent English language skills.
