We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead our Product Safety and Stewardship team in Italy and Spain. As our new Head of Department, you will be responsible for developing sustainable, profitable client relationships and operational efficiency.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Product Safety and Stewardship consultants across Spain and Italy.
- Understand Ramboll's strategy, vision, and distinctiveness and effectively select, drive, and lead sales to target clients in support of Ramboll's strategic direction.
- Develop client business relationships and become their trusted advisor.
- Become a thought leader in identifying regulatory, economic, and societal trends and turning them into business opportunities.
- Mentor staff to help strengthen overall Health Sciences Spearhead and Service Area, and foster a team approach to project implementation and client development.
You have a proven background in (eco-)toxicology, biology, chemistry, or similar. You have demonstrable experience in product regulatory affairs, including REACH knowledge. You are comfortable leading a team and creating solutions that result in successful project outcomes and staff development. You exhibit entrepreneurial thinking and behavior that delivers client and business development at a level that supports the business strategy.

Our regulatory scientists characterize and effectively communicate the potential risks from chemicals and product uses and identify options for safe, state-of-the-science stewardship.
