About the Role
As a Technical Solutions Architect at Sin Nombre, you will play a key part in the Pre-sales team within our Engineering & AI department. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the engagement effort at the early stages of new business opportunities, focusing on business process automation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop proposals and pitches for new business opportunities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
- Attend meetings with the sales team, acting as a solutions architect to provide technical expertise and support.
- Work closely with customers to devise effective solutions, ensuring that our company's solution meets their requirements.
- Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Contribute to the delivery department's efforts in producing detailed estimates for customers, ensuring that contracts are profitable.
Requirements
- Fluent English (negotiation level) for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
- At least 5 years of experience working in a fully English-speaking environment.
- Previous experience in a technical pre-sales position, with a focus on business process automation.
- Ample experience in giving end-to-end Business Solution design, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
- At least 2 years of experience related to or involving business process automation.
- At least 2 years of experience related to or involving business process design (BPMN, Flowchart, DMN...).
