Your Career

As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the successful deployment of our cybersecurity solutions. You will work closely with our Technical Account Managers to develop strong relationships with our customers, providing proactive and reactive support to address their technical needs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing expert technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Partnering with our Technical Account Managers to develop and implement customer-specific solutions
  • Escalating technical issues to our development team to ensure timely resolution
  • Documenting technical solutions and product information in our knowledge base
  • Collaborating with our sales team to identify new business opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong technical skills and experience in cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
