We are seeking a skilled Store Construction Project Specialist to oversee the roll-out of our new Pandora store concept and manage the construction and fit-out of new stores in Spain and Portugal.

About the Role:

  • Manage site surveys for new openings and remodeling projects
  • Create project briefs and identify key constraints
  • Coordinate store design with Global Store Design team
  • Select general contractors and manage tendering process
  • Create schedules and monitor project timelines within budget guidelines
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and external parties
  • Consolidate and communicate project issues and risks
  • Communicate project status across departments
  • Monitor vendor performance and report on progress
  • Manage store handovers to retail teams
  • Lead post-project analyses and optimize existing methods

Requirements:

  • Technical degree in civil engineering, construction management, or architecture
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in retail construction, preferably in fast-moving retail
  • Excellent project management skills and understanding of total project lifecycle
  • Excellent Spanish language skills and operational level of English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
