About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Intelligence and Sales Assistant to join our Wind Team at Ramboll Group. As a key member of our Business Intelligence & Sales function, you will play a critical role in supporting bid managers and the extended tender team in the coordination, preparation, and management of bids and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support bid managers in daily bid management activities, liaising with technical leads throughout the lifecycle of a provider selection process to ensure the efficient development of high-quality, client-centric, and successful proposals.
  • Provide support to the tender team by handling administrative tasks and internal processes, such as managing communication, managing the registration/updating process of the tender portal profile, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and facilitating the proposal signing process.
  • Support documentation of client- and project-relevant data through a variety of digital tools (e.g., CRM) and assist in compiling information for business intelligence activities (e.g., key account and country meetings).
  • Support in organizing and maintaining templates, references, capability statements, presentations, CVs, etc.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree (business, marketing, communications, or energy-related field is preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level preferred).
  • Team player expected to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong research skills, attention to detail, and highly organized.
