As a seasoned Digital Content Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence of our client, a leading global company in the industrial automation sector. Reporting to the Director of Digital Market Communication, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement content strategies that drive business success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure effective execution of content strategies
- Work closely with marketing, IT, user experience, and sales teams to integrate content initiatives with business objectives
- Oversee website development, including design, functionality, and user experience, aligned with content strategy
- Lead and mentor a team managing content, web product ownership, and UX/UI design
- Monitor KPIs to track content performance, identify improvements, and stay current with industry trends
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience in digital content strategy and management
- Ability to develop and implement content strategies aligned with business objectives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading teams responsible for web content, development, and design
- Knowledge of web content best practices, industry trends, and analytical skills to monitor website performance
