Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Offshore Wind Project Manager to join our global energy team in Europe. As a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of offshore wind consultancy projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with zero errors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of offshore wind consultancy projects, including owner's engineering, due diligence, and lender's technical advisory.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, deliverable review and acceptance, budget and time adherence, client liaison, and internal reporting.
  • Prepare bids for new work and develop project proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Naval or Civil Engineering.
  • Working knowledge of offshore structural engineering, including comprehension of the sea environment and hydrodynamic loads.
  • Deep understanding of different foundation typologies for both bottom-fixed and floating designs.
  • Awareness of the interfaces between turbine and foundation/platform.
  • Knowledge of Offshore Wind design codes and certification requirements.
  • First-hand knowledge of offshore structural analysis software.
  • Familiarity with CAD or other modelling software.

Desirable Skills

  • Demonstrable experience of project management of offshore wind projects.
  • Excellent IT skills particularly MS Excel/Word/Project and PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving approach.
  • Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary engineering environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to produce and review technical reports for clients.
