Pricing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pricing Business Analyst to join our Pricing team at Glovo. As a Pricing Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our Pricing team in leveraging existing tools to provide recommendations to local teams to deliver price optimisations at scale.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage Pricing A/B tests end-to-end, including experiment design, analysis, and communication to stakeholders for several countries.
- Interact with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation on a regular basis, requiring the ability to compartmentalise requests and formulate applicable data-driven solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders on how best to harness available data in support of critical business needs and goals.
- Drive clarity and solve ambiguous, challenging business problems using data-driven approaches.
- Lead global projects to develop and explore new initiatives.
- Actively collaborate with colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop, and make a difference.
- A university degree in engineering, economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics, or similar disciplines.
- 2 years of prior experience in a data-driven environment delivering actionable insights.
- Experience with AB Testing is desirable.
- Sound business acumen and ability to balance and prioritise multiple requests.
- Proficiency in SQL and GSheets/Excel.
- Experience with Python, R, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for the latest tools and technologies.
- Comfortable managing large data sets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and hierarchical levels.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
