The PositionWe're seeking a seasoned, analytical Pricing Analyst to join our innovative team. As a Pricing Analyst, you'll leverage your expertise in airline pricing practices, commercial acumen, and analytical modeling skills to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. You'll work closely with Customer Success and Product Operations functions to identify growth opportunities and maximize value delivery to existing airline partners.
Key Responsibilities- Closely monitor and diagnose revenue performance and operational impact for existing airline partners, providing actionable insights to steer opportunities.
- Provide analysis-based guidance and recommendations to Customer Success and Operations Management functions on initiatives to increase revenue delivery through Longtail.
- Monitor and validate accurate retailing of fare and itinerary products generated by Longtail, ensuring seamless market management.
- Conceive, design, and set up dashboards and visualization on various performance metrics, including platform-related operations, revenue impact, and market-level opportunities.
- Support Customer Success in investigating platform scenarios and responding to customer queries, providing explainability of platform operations and algorithms.
- Devise metrics and performance indicators to support value creation storytelling, demonstrating the value-adding capabilities of Longtail.
- Prepare slide decks to communicate various analyses, including opportunity packages on the acquisition of new markets to be managed through Longtail.
- Extreme attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional combination of data management and analysis skills, along with a deep understanding of the Longtail platform and airline pricing practice.
- Self-starter with a strong ability to work independently.
