Nordex Group is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Manager to join our dynamic and international team. As a key member of our global IT department, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement and management of our ServiceNow cloud-based platform, supporting over 2,500 users.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ownership and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless support for business and IT processes
- Backlog management and requirements analysis for new ServiceNow workflows, project preparation, and implementation
- Steering of ServiceNow-related projects, including Change and Release Management
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement of integrations to other IT services, such as SAP
- 2nd Level support of the platform and coordination of external support and development teams
- Maintaining close relationships with business key users and stakeholders
- Development of user training concepts and documentation
- Continuous knowledge improvement of ServiceNow-related technology, standards, and best practices
Your Ideal Profile
- University degree in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Business Administration, or equivalent education
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT, including management of enterprise applications in a cloud environment, preferably ServiceNow
- Technical knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly ITSM, ITOM, and CSM, is a significant advantage
- You have a passion for customer-driven and result-oriented work
- Knowledge of support processes (ITIL) and project management methodology (PRINCE2) is a plus
- You prefer a hybrid work model with 2-3 days per week at the office in Hamburg, Pamplona, or Madrid, and the rest working remotely
- Excellent skills in English, with German, Spanish, or other languages being an additional benefit
