- Previous experience in an underwriting assistant role or a related field.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the insurance industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
