Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in driving enterprise account penetration in the Cataluña region and the private sector.
The ideal candidate will have senior-level sales experience with both large enterprise accounts and mid-market opportunities, as well as excellent collaboration skills with diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
- Territory Sales
The successful candidate will be responsible for targeting, developing, and closing opportunities in enterprise accounts within assigned verticals, including banking, energy, transportation, and public administration.
Additionally, they will develop and maintain a territory channel plan for local partners aligned with the channel team, coordinating with other Account Managers managing national and global partners with local presence.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Creating sales account plans to identify, quantify, and recommend sales actions for new business opportunities, consistent with our enterprise strategy.
- Utilizing available sales engagement tools to ensure efficient, focused, and aligned execution.
- Using Huawei reporting tools for knowledge sharing, synergies, and business predictability.
- Working with individual targets and executing in alignment with team objectives.
- Developing key enterprise account management skills, including forecasting, funnel management, C-level engagement, ROI analysis, account planning, power-based selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A minimum of 5 years of ICT sales or account management experience with a proven record in projects/accounts within banking, energy, transportation, or public administration verticals.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships with large accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
