About the Role:

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to support the Castilla y León region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative surgical products, understanding customer needs, and aligning with our company's strategy, business unit, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management and Services: Ensure effective inventory management and provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Vantage Alternative Offers: Develop and implement alternative offers for Vantage products to drive sales growth.
  • BO Alternative Management: Manage and optimize BO alternative products to maximize sales potential.
  • Support to New Code Introduction in Public Hospitals: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce new codes in public hospitals, driving sales growth and market share.
  • Sales Action: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth, focusing on Tier A and B customers.
  • Lead Management of Portfolio: Manage and optimize our product portfolio to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Support to Develop and Execute Product Strategies and Marketing Plans: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies and marketing plans that drive sales growth.
  • Local Portfolio Management for Designated Brand(s): Manage and optimize our local portfolio for designated brands to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Handles Standard Customer Product Questions and Objections: Provide exceptional customer service, handling standard product questions and objections consistent with our sales training.

Requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree in Health Science: A degree in Health Science or a related field is required.
  • English B2-C1: Proficiency in English, with a B2-C1 level of proficiency.
  • Previous Experience in the Operating Room with Medical Devices: Previous experience in the operating room with medical devices is essential.
  • Available to Start in October: Availability to start in October is required.
  • Driving Licence: A valid driving license is necessary.
