Key Responsibilities:
Offer technical insight and direction to interdisciplinary teams while managing the technical IT components of related projects. Spearhead infrastructure and/or systems assessment testing and proof of concepts; Oversee maintenance and upgrades of IT infrastructure and/or applications. Guide the assessment and recommendation of new product and/or service solutions, acting as a technical lead during implementation, including vendor management duties. Serve as the technical authority in the design and construction of systems. Drive RASP initiatives (reliability, availability, scalability, and performance). Troubleshoot issues through root cause analysis and lead the development and execution of corrective and preventive measures. Provide technical expertise and facilitate business requirements gathering sessions through collaboration with business stakeholders. Create device, network, and/or systems diagrams, including configuration details. Deliver training, mentorship, and knowledge transfer to team members. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues/incidents.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in one of the following areas: IT Infrastructure Network, IT Infrastructure System, or Enterprise Applications. JAMF Pro 100 certification is mandatory. Proficient knowledge of MacOS. Intermediate to advanced understanding of Microsoft Intune for Mac enterprise enrollment. Familiarity with SCCM and Windows management is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of IT technologies (e.g., equipment configuration, network addressing, routing, VoIP, BC/DR, server administration, virtualization, storage, email, database management, and application support). Strong documentation and troubleshooting capabilities. Extensive experience in system administration or configuration.Preferred Qualifications:
JAMF Pro 200+ certification is preferred. Intermediate knowledge of bash scripting or other automation programming languages. Exceptional problem-solving abilities. Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies with the capacity to adapt and learn new technologies. Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple issues concurrently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Experience in drafting technical documentation. In-depth knowledge of optimizing technical solutions across various technologies, collaborating closely with vendors and in-house architects to design, test, and implement strategic solutions. Meticulous attention to detail. Capability to prioritize competing tasks in a dynamic environment. Compliance with all company policies and regulations (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety guidelines) and commitment to ensuring safety and environmental protection within their area of influence.-
