The CSS Global SaaS & Apps Delivery team plays a crucial role in providing technical expertise for all customer applications and software hosted across various environments, including OCI, On-Premises, and Hybrid setups. We adhere to industry standards such as ITIL and ISO2000 to effectively manage customer applications across the diverse Oracle technology stack.

Our primary goal is to drive the adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) among our customers. We achieve this by demonstrating the capabilities of Oracle's cloud technology alongside our innovative engineering solutions, which offer a uniquely differentiated service experience in the cloud.

As a Lead Engineer specializing in Oracle EPM, OBIEE/Oracle Analytics, and ODI, you will be tasked with delivering high-level technical support and resolving complex issues related to the Oracle EPM suite, including applications such as Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, and HPCM. You will collaborate closely with the customer’s IT team, end-users, and Oracle’s product development teams to analyze and address intricate technical challenges. This position demands extensive knowledge of EPM and Oracle Analytics architecture, data integration, security, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise-level EPM, Oracle Analytics, and ODI implementations.
  • Analyze complex technical issues and devise effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Work in partnership with the customer’s IT team to comprehend their environment and business requirements.
  • Document and disseminate resolution steps, best practices, and knowledge articles.
  • Deliver comprehensive deployment documentation and configuration assessments aligned with Oracle standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience providing advanced technical support for Oracle EPM products, Oracle Analytics, and ODI.
  • In-depth understanding of EPM and Oracle Analytics architecture, including applications, data integration, security, and performance.
  • Experience in building high-availability and distributed architectures on EPM/OAS/ODI products.
  • Expertise in configuring and administering Hyperion Financial Management, Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Essbase, and other EPM components.
  • Proficiency in configuring and administering Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle BI Publisher, and other Oracle Analytics components.
  • Expertise in configuring and administering Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
  • Experience in performance tuning, capacity planning, and scalability optimization for EPM environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Oracle database, SQL, Linux scripting, and Windows scripting.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
